Paul Adair Ltd, as a Data Controller & Processor, is bound by the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 

We collect information about you when you fill in any of the forms on our website ie sending an enquiry, filling in a survey, giving feedback etc. You can remove your consent for us to contact you, where relevant, and request data is removed from our systems under certain restricted circumstances.  

We use any information that you give us for contacting you about services you have inquired about, processing sessions, processing orders, marketing and we never sell your personal information to third parties. 

Where information is given to us directly by people interested in our services, we will process that information on a contract basis for the services they are interested in. If customers / others opt in to receiving marketing information from us this is processed on a consent basis. They may withdraw that consent, where relevant, by informing us in writing. They may also request a copy the information we hold on them. They also have the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority. Subject Access Requests are charged at £10 per request. You have the right to object to this processing. You have the right to rectification of this data.

Internet Based Advertising

We use Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising services and as such there are tracking codes installed on our website so that we can manage the effectiveness of these campaigns.  We do not store any personal data within this type of tracking.
